About us

South Yorks Anger Management offers confidential, safe and practical support to individuals who feel they are ready to deal with and address the issues in their lives that cause problems for themselves and others.
Our qualified and skilled Therapists have a combined experience of 30 years working with people who experience a wide range of emotional issues ranging from anger, domestic violence and substance misuse to depression and low self esteem.
We focus on solutions, not problems. We help individuals to understand how they can make better decisions and regain control of their thoughts and emotions.

Our Philosophy   

We believe that everyone deserves and can achieve happiness. By making changes to the way we think and act, is it possible to have postive and healthy relationships with those around us.
Everyone at some point in their lives feels overwhelmed by situations and circumstances. The rollercoaster of emotions that life often throws at us can make  it hard to see a way forward.
